S.W. Leah Designs offers hand-dipped pen and ink calligraphy in the traditional Copperplate style for wedding and all invitations.



A $25 consultation fee will be charged at the beginning of all jobs when we will go over the address list together. I can answer any questions that you may have concerning etiquette rules and name requirements. I will create a sample for you to review and to approve. At this time, any changes can be discussed and implemented.

Outer & Inner Envelope Addressing:
Under 50 invitations $1.00 each
Over 50 invitations $1.40 each
Only Outer Envelope $1.25 each
Outer Envelope Return Addressing: $0.50 each
Reply Envelope Addressing: $1.25 each
Thank You and Other Envelope Addressing: $1.25 each
Place Cards (Name & Table) $0.50 each
Table Cards (Number & Name) $2.00 each
Photo Albums/ Baby Books (up to 14 lines) $15/page
Wedding & Anniversary Invitations starting at $5.00 each
Signs (5x7 and 8x10) i.e "Just Married" $5.00 each

The consultation fee as well as 50% of the total is due upfront. The remainder is due when you pick up your order.

Invitations should be mailed to guests 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding. For Summer or Holiday weddings, 8 weeks. For Destination weddings, where guests are required to travel, 2-3 months to allow ample time for travel arrangements. If you sent Save-the-Dates, 6 weeks prior is fine.

Please order at least 5 extra envelopes per 100 when you place your original invitation order. This will allow for additions and human error on both our parts.

All rush orders will require an additional charge of $50. A rush order is anything placed less than 3 weeks before the due date.

If it was my mistake, I will correct it free of charge within two days of receiving the corrected information. If it was your mistake, you will be charged the regular fee to replace it.
